Great experience with Releaf
Customer service and doctors at Releaf are all so helpful. They are very transparent and explain everything in detail. Couldn’t have had a better experience with them so far.
Pain Relief Management
The graphical user interface for Releaf’s website is incredibly user friendly even if you’re not familiar with use of the Internet. From the very outset, the website allowed me to book a consultation which was also easy to do. The consultation was done via video link and this was also relatively simple to access and use. I was immediately made to feel at ease by my consultant, and any medical questions asked never felt invasive or judgemental which is of paramount importance to a patient when discussing medical issues. The whole consultation from start to finish was painless (pardon the pun), and Releaf kept me informed every step of the way regarding my medication via e-mail and text. I was able to know when it was processing, dispatched and delivered. My medication was tailored to my individual needs by my consultant, and delivery was tracked all the way, and also came discreetly packaged with absolutely no aroma whatsoever emanating from the contents. Although a new patient, I feel that I will be able to take back some control of my life, and be able to finally achieve the pain management that I require lessening the amount of allopathic medicines taken. Thank you so much to everyone at Releaf for helping me start my journey to a more holistic approach of pain relief.

Chronic pain
I found the experience helpful and quite informative.A slight I.T problem meant couldn't take part in that one but a second one organised quickly with no issues. The DR was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to.
Tegan was Excellent and went Above and Beyond
Tegan went above and beyond to call me on a Saturday to help resolve an issue I had emailed support about. I emailed me issue on the Friday. Tegan then sent an email to help resolve my issue on Saturday morning. Not long after, Tegan called to allow me to help resolve this issue and allow me to ask any questions I may have had. She was very polite and understanding and gave me appropriate and detailed advice. She listened very closely to what I was saying and offered me multiple options on what I could do. I am a new patient and didn’t fully understand all of the processes and how to effectively use the website. I now know exactly how things work and what to do in future if I experience any similar issues. Very impressed by Tegan’s professionalism and personable skills. She had a very friendly demeanour. Could not praise Tegan any more!

Superb again. Another prescription, ordered on a Thursday, delivered by Saturday... that's impressive and indicates a company that have got their s**t together for customers who, in the most part, have greater needs than faffing about waiting for or worrying about medication to arrive. Thanks Releaf, keep up the excellent work!
Wow, impressive customer support!
Okay, wow, that's a lesson in how to excel at customer service! Hats off to Serina Hussain, who responded to my original request (something went wrong with the payment process) within 30 minutes! I hope the quality of their product and service matches this initial experience of customer support. I'm impressed already.
I paid for a consultation
I paid for a consultation, I filled out my information but the ID section was very finicky, as the dark nights draw in, I could only use my living room lights and the app wouldn't work. I tried again the next day at which point I received an email to say the consultation was cancelled, I'm assuming I will receive a refund otherwise I will be disputing this with the bank. I have now used Curaleaf which have much better customer service and systems.
Very unimpressed.
Very unimpressed. Lots of seemingly good reviews, lots of promises. Unfortunately they let me down. Their basic ability to read and understand emails is poor. I recieved an email which points to either a lack of staff, lack of staff communication or very poor limited software. It was difficult to tell which as there were a few excuses all in one email. They take the money really fast. Currently waiting for a refund. Will take up to 10 days. So they are obviously 'holding' my money as long as they can. It took 3 emails to get a refund. Very very poor customer service. Money is the focus, not the customer.
