Shocking “service”…paid for consultation only to have it cancelled without explanation , a refund and only when I complained they sent a letter claiming that after consultation I was not suitable. Amongst mentioning various “conditions” . There was no consultation …..the fact you have written such a response is even more shocking

Releaf kept in communication with me throughout the process. They let me know when more information was needed for my health check, and they were there for me after my doctor consultation when there was a delay in issuing my prescription. I’m now awaiting the medication. Thus far, Releaf has been an excellent patient provider.

I was served several ads about this service and as someone with significant migraine issues, chronic pain and anxiety/depression, I was hopeful it could help. Over £200 is incredibly expensive and inaccessible for me and my income. I was frustrated by the consultant as well as when prompted to fulfill my prescription. I did not find the pricing clear from the outset and would not recommend to other sufferers with tight budgets.

The customer service is nothing short of fantastic. I can't honestly think of another interaction with a company's support team in which they seemed to take such a genuine interest and care in your queries/concerns. Very friendly, useful and informative, it really feels like providing you support is their primary objective.

I am just getting started with releaf and the treatment they provide, just about to order my first prescription. It's rather daunting making the first steps, but after speaking to Serina, I had all my questions and concerns answered and put to rest. Serina was informative and patient, making sure to explain things with great detail and clarity. I'll update this (if I remember) after I have my medication.
