I've been with Releaf for a couple months now to get treatment for my chronic fatigue syndrome, and my time with them could not have been more pleasant! Appointments with the specialists have been quick, easy and comfortable. It feels like you're actually being listened to, and they're more than happy to answer questions or help you find out the best way to manage your prescription. Delivery for me has also been really nice and quick - usually arriving about two days after the appointment. Pricing may be a worry, but it is only dependent on amount rather than prescription as far as I've been told. With a 10g minimum, you should have enough to last you a month! Overall, I'm very thankful to Releaf for the amount of support they've given me. Staff have also quickly responded to my emails when I've had a question or issue!

What can I say. Been struggling with anxiety, depression and insomnia since I left the forces over 20years ago!! Been prescribed numerous anti-depressants that actually made me feel so much more worse. Prescription came a few days ago and iv slept better each night which was huge improvement I am feeling positive that I know have a prescription that actually works for my conditions other than just popping opiate pills for the addiction rather than assist with pain

Releaf is great, always helpful, knowledgeable, I found a huge difference to my pain levels and my quality of life has definitely improved, highly recommend, really easy to find out if your eligible and book a consultation, the medical professionals are very friendly and easy to talk to, not always an easy conversation to have in the past, if had at all, because of the stigma attached but you'll find none of that here, give it a go you won't regret it ;)

Very simple system for booking and customer service. No quibble refund for unneeded appointment which I cancelled 3 days before my booking.

I got in contact with Releaf only recently to try and get some help with some lower back issues. The team have been very helpful with assisting myself to navigate their website and upload medical records. Which I did not have at the time, the team were able to postpone my first appointment and were very patient while I secured them. They have also been very supportive with any and all questions I have had.

Customer service was very helpful in assisting with my issue (technical issue with ID verification) as well as providing guidance on a number of other matters and unrelated questions and promising a follow-up call once verification was complete. I hope the rest of the prescription process goes as smoothly!

I’ve been with relief now for three months and find My doctor and the whole team very professional with good quality medicine, although I’m still trying to find the right nighttime medicine for me, but I’m sure I will get there.
