I don't normally write reviews but wanted to shared my experience with Releaf as feel it is important. They have lots of overwhelmingly positive reviews so wonder if my experience is a blip or others feel similarly but are not sharing. I came to Releaf from another clinic which kept changing its prices. Releaf has strong branding and marketing which persuaded me to give it a go - I also like that they have a provider in the UK. I signed up for the subscription and the initial kit you get is great and very slick. However, I have two main concerns with Releaf - the first has been my experience of appointments. The doctor I saw in my previous clinic was amazing - he clearly had great knowledge of medical marijuana and I felt listened to in a way I never had in a medical setting (chronic conditions - urgh). My first appointment at Releaf could not have felt more different. A bit of googling tells me that the doctor I saw used to be an NHS surgeon and he did not have anything resembling an empathetic approach. I came away not only with many questions unanswered but feeling that he would have prescribed me the same thing regardless of the issues presented. I did not feel heard at all which is disappointing as I know how important this is to many of us who have felt ignored or misunderstood over many years. My second appointment was much much better - the person I saw was personable, knowledgeable and understanding. However, it was with a non-clinical prescriber - while I was paying the subscription which makes the appointments "free", I feel that it should be made clear by Releaf, or a lower price offered, when the appointment is not with a doctor. I think it is problematic that you cannot choose which professional you want to see when booking an appointment on the website, especially as their website lists doctors who are specialists in different areas. Secondly, I have concerns about the prices. While the price for the flower is reasonable (especially happy to pay it for UK grown), I feel the oil is hugely over-expensive. In my last appointment I asked for a T10:C10 which I had had previously used. I felt at the time that £150 for 30ml was expensive but paid the prescription as I was keen to get it. However, I then did a bit of research and found that this oil retails for £80 (which is what I had paid in the previous clinic). Given that the Releaf subscription promises favourable "members only" prices I am not sure how they justify this. Looking into cancelling my subscription and moving to a clinic which offers more favourable prices with a different booking system - my previous doctor has also moved there which is a good sign.

Very helpful on the phone

I did quite a lot of research before finding Releaf online and they looked to be the best out there i am in my late 60's and had medications from doctors over the last few years that never seemed to work long,so i booked my appointment i had my consultation with Dr Crystal she made me feel very much at ease and had a wealth of knowledge on my condition and cannabis products and what would work for me (anxiety,insomnia,depression,my appointment was on the Saturday and i got my meds oil and flower on the thursday and wow what a difference it has made to my life already,I am actually sleeping at a better time now and much better sleep and anxiety stopped after first taking it ive only been taking this for 5 days but it certainly works for me,i used to cry every day as i was getting more depressed because of the anxiety and lack of or too much sleep,this has given me a new lease of life in my older years so thank you so much Dr Crystal and Releaf you dont know how much this means to me

All of the staff are amazing. The service is really wonderful and far superior to previous clinics I’ve been too. The only negative is that this clinic is on the higher price point than some others, however, the treatment and customer service has left other places I’ve been through standing.

I had previously tried another similar type of provider and really struggled. The team at releaf however have been amazing every step of the way. Sue, my consultant was very easy to talk to and understanding of my situation and provided much useful advice and support. The who process has been user friendly and very efficient. Thank you 🙏
