Releaf could not care any less about their patients well-being. I regret totally ever hearing about this dreadful company, it's being run by the least professional, most incompetent people you could interact with. Save your money and time, go elsewhere.

Really happy with my experience. Had a doctor who actually took the time to go though my medical history and needs, then tailored options to suit. Overall pretty good

Excellent patient support

Releaf has the best customer service I've experienced in years. They provide excellent medication and really work with you to find what suits you best. I subscribe to Releaf+ which means I have regular easy access to patient I formation and support, as well as regular contact with the doctor they have assigned me to. For example I was most recently helped by Tegan (Patient Support Coordinator). I contacted Releaf by email in the morning, received an email reply shortly afterwards. I replied by email with further queries and shortly after received a direct phone call. All my queries were answered clearly, Tegan like her colleagues was polite and knowledgeable. Releaf has a helpful app to make things even easier. I'm able to contact a patient support worker, re order medication, ask for consultations and even track the processing and delivery status of my medication. I really can't praise Releaf enough and would humbly recommend their Releaf+ option to get the full support they have to offer.
