I ordered 9 Reed Diffusers via the Debenham Website. Evri messaged to say that my parcel was damaged beyond repair and to contact Debenhams. Debenhams said it would take them 14 days to sort. Needed the diffusers as gifts before then. Debenhams said tough luck. Katie at Rinkit (who fulfilled the order for Debenhams) said no problem we can see that Evri have reported the item as damaged in transit and she sent out replacements in 24hrs. Phew, relief! Such a wonderful experience! Now having found Rinkit I won't have to ever use Debenhams again. I'm so impressed with this no-nonsense approach, particularly at the weekend. Thank you so much Katie at Rinkit.

Great customer service

I had ordered two frames, which arrived after 3 days. Unfortunately the lass in one of the frames was smashed (despite what seemed adequate packaging). I contacted Rinkit! immediately via email. Katie responded in less than an hour, advising me a replacement was on its way. I was very impressed with this no-nonsense approach, particularly at the weekend. Thank you.

I bought a pack if six coffee cups and…

I bought a pack if six coffee cups and saucers a few years ago, 2 red, 2 blue, 2 purple. The other day i chipped a saucer. I got on to Rinkit and they now only sell the colours as a set of 6. So to replace 1 saucer it will cost me the best part of £20. I asked if they had spares, which they must do but they said they didnt. So the moral of this story is never buy anything from Rinkit as you will not be able to buy matching replacements.

Absolutely fantastic service

Absolutely fantastic service. Placed an order for various slate items which were delivered the following day. Unfortunately one of the items was broken in transit. A quick email to rinkit and a replacement was received the very next day. I was really happy with the prices of my items too and of course the super fast delivery which was very reasonablly priced and is free if you spend over £40. I’d never heard of this company but somehow stumbled across them on the internet. I’m really happy I did and will definitely be using them again

Great quality and service

Ordered gardening tools because they looked like great value - and they are! Really good quality tools, practical and robust - I think they'll last for many years. A glitch with packaging in transit (before it reached me) meant an item was returned to the company. I had an immediate offer of a refund - and I hadn't even considered it late! Communication & customer service has been excellent.

Responsive company with well-priced products. Having had problems with the awful delivery companies, I asked a question of Rinkit (not the delivery company) and got an answer, 2 other emails and resolution to my issue within 10 minutes. Excellent.

Excellent customer service!

I ordered wine and water glasses on Monday 30th Sept, they arrived the very next day. However one box was not as ordered and had some broken glasses so I contacted customer service that day. I had a reply early next morning to say a replacement box would be on its way. By Thursday I had my replacement box of glasses! Fantastic customer service! I thoroughly recommend this company.
