I ordered a set of plates but they were all damaged when I received them. Rinkit resolved the problem very quickly. Told me to bin the plates and I had a new set sent out within 3 days. The customer service was excellent and I would definitely order from this company again

Excellent service. Speedy delivery considering I placed my order at the weekend. Good product and decent prices .Unfortunately there was a very small issue of a missing item but I emailed, received an immediate response & had my replacement within a couple of days. I ordered some beautiful plates from rinkit and they were so affordable and were delivered the next day, unfortunately one of the plates had a faded pattern compared to the rest, I emailed and within a few hours I was advised a replacement would be sent free of charge - great affordable website with great staff!
