Made my first order on the 8th Feb and was delighted when the order was shipped so quickly. In preparation I got rid of all our cups to replace them with the new glassware and purchased some other bits and pieces for our home. Unfortunately the parcel was left on my front door step on a road (easy access to everyone) I haven't got a private or gated front porch and as a result by the time I managed to get home my parcel was gone. I tried contacting DPD who told me I need to contact Rinkit, I contacted Rinkit and absolutely no response. Horrible first experience and the customer service is clearly appalling once you've made payment. I'm now waiting to try and dispute this with my bank in the hopes I atleast get my money back. I wouldn't use this company again.

Great customer service & great product- picture frames

first time ordering from Rinkit. Prices good. Ordered on Sunday were delivered on Monday. Fabulous service. Its a shame that they use Evri for delivery. The boxes my orders came in were battered. luckily nothing broken. Will def use again
