Fantastic company I received my product and unfortunately it was broken well after one simple email. I spoke to a girl named Laura and she was more than happy to send out a replacement and answer any questions that I had got the replacement two days afterwards and it was in perfect condition this company goes above and beyond to make sure that the customer is happy with the overall purchase I highly highly recommend this company to anyone. I have ordered a couple of times from Rinkit. The products are good for the price. I also had to deal with customer service about minor issues with the order (damage in transit or a QA issue). Both times the minor issue was resolved quickly.

I feel that a good judge of a company is how they respond when something goes wrong. An issue occurred recently with a delivery from this company, which they themselves were not responsible for. When I called to discuss the issue, my call was answered very quickly by an extremely helpful lady who immediately took steps to rectify the issue. The matter was put right the following day. I am so impressed. I have no hesitation in recommending Rinkit and look forward to shopping with them again

This is my second time purchasing from Rinkit. Whilst I will applaud their careful packaging and speedy delivery, the customer service I’ve received with this order is well below par. I initially received my order but there were items missing, so contacted them and they resent the missing items. Received the replacements today and one of the items was missing again! Contacted them, and apparently they are now out of stock of the item. No prior warning of this, or note included in the parcel to explain. Contacted them again, they apologised but did not offer a refund - just a suggestion for an alternative item. If I hadn’t have made the effort to get in touch, they would have easy money in their back pocket. Disgraceful.

Great service from the start, very quick delivery and after sales are great, sorted problem with ease. All in all great company to deal with.
