Drives well, fast, good battery. Strong wheels.

I have owned an electric longboard before this one that was $200 more. I have used this board for a little over a month now and absolutely love it. I wish the battery pack lasted longer but I also use it at its full speed majority of the time. I love that you can trade out batteries and the off-road wheels are incredible. I take it over Light Rail tracks and train tracks daily with no issue. I would highly recommend for anybody who is looking for a first time board for a reasonable price.

I Broke my skateboard and needed a replacement part. It was very easy to contact them and they sent me a replacement part in a few days and explained how to fix it. Very helpful

The experience was so good, received my product when I requested it and at the end of the day everything worked out perfectly and I was happy with that, I will continue to shop with isinwheel.

Experience has been great so far. And has worked well for my daughter and her boyfriend have enjoyed it for getting around town and to classes.

S9-Pro is the First electric scooter I have ever owned. My impression is below: affordable($240), great quality, and the nice iPhone App. Love it!!!

The Support team was very responsive. They offered possible solutions and acted promptly. At the end the battery needed to be replaced as it was faulty.

Purchased for my 14-year old son as a gift, he loves the scooter. He says it rides very smoothly. I will look into other items.

Works fine, I just wish that it would go fast enough to work on Grass because that is what we bought it for. You have to take the battery off every time you want to charge it and it’s too hard for kids to do so it’s annoying. We got two bikes. Some parts are already falling off and we’re going to have to take one into the bike shop to get fixed and we’ve only had them for 2 weeks. So if I were you I would just spend a little more money and buy something more quality.
