I love my raptor pro but unfortunately…

I love my raptor pro but unfortunately I had to send it back due to damage on arrival. Everything on it is prefect, talk to customer support and they r currently working on getting my replacement, I’m patient just ready to ride again knowing I ant gotta worry about lights. Customer support been extremely helpful

Sent me wrong scooter

I got a deal on 2 S9 Max scooters. One showed up with defects and I complained. They told me they'd send me 2 free locks and 40 bucks if I erased my review. Never got the 40 bucks because I updated review rather than change it completely. Other scooter shows up and it has a bent front fender and only goes 15mph. Is clearly an S9 pro and not the S9 Max I ordered that cost way more, has weight limit I need. Smh, wow. I'll never spend good money on an online only company again. Btw it doesn't even have option to delete review. So they wanted me to completely change review. Like I was so happy I had to get on tell people 🫤

Not Sure I'd Trust Them Again

First of all, I have owned an Isinwheel S9 scooter (which they no longer sell) for about five months. I really love it. It's fun to ride, folds and fits on the back floor of my car, is stable, and goes as fast as I want it to go (about 15 MPH on flat ground). The only real problem is that it is so lacking in power that it slows to about 6 MPH going up hills (and I weigh 160, not a big guy by any standards). My issue with this company as that they knew this was an underpowered scooter (shown by them dropping this model and making the S9 Pro with its increased wattage their lowest-priced model the week after I bought mine). I even tried to cancel the order because I was worried about that, but they gave me $20 off if I would keep my order--and, more importantly to them, help them get rid of their stock of underpowered scooters. So after five months, I'm mostly happy with the scooter, unhappy with the company and their customer service, and would probably look elsewhere if I were in the market for another scooter. Perfect example of shortsighted thinking instead of building a brand; they got their money from me, but when anybody asks about it when they see me out, I actively turn them away from Isinwheel.

Buongiorno, se si potesse dare meno di zero lo darei. Dopo neanche un anno di utilizzo sporadico il monopattino da errore e3. Contatto l'assistenza tramite questa signorina Betty che risponde che il problema è il freno e me ne manda due, uno anteriore ed uno posteriore. Faccio presente che io non riparo monopattini e che nel caso in cui dovessi rompere qualcosa loro sono i responsabili perche non hanno nessuna assistenza qui in italia. Non rispondono e se ne fregano. Il freno posteriore non è compatibile col mio monopattino, il freno anteriore si, ma cambiandolo il problema persiste ed in più si rompe il filo dell'acceleratore e il frontalino del quadrante, che bisogna obbligatoriamente staccare rompendolo perché è incollato, per svitare delle viti e arrivare ai contatti dei freni. Ricontatto l'assistenza che risponde che per loro la garanzia dura un anno e che a questo punto risulta già scaduta e se ho bisogno di ricambi li devo comprare su amazon. Faccio presente che in europa dura 2 anni e loro si devono attenere a quella del paese dove vendono e che ancora dovrebbero comunque considerare il problema non risolto, ma niente se ne fregano e mi dicono che per loro è così. VI CONSIGLIO DI NON COMPRARE DA LORO NESSUN ARTICOLO PERCHÉ NON DANNO NESSUNA ASSISTENZA ED HANNO SOLO PRODOTTI SCADENTI. DOPO AVER SPESO FIOR DI QUATTRINI SCAPPANO. VERGOGNA

Terrible Experience

Do not do business with this company. The first scooter I purchased was dead on arrival and had to be replaced. The replacement scooter after working for awhile is now completely inoperable. For 6 months Isinwheel has run me around with repair attempts that have all failed and absurd proposals to replace the scooter. The outcome is trashing the scooter and going with a different brand

I’ve had some minor issues with my scooter. But they were more than very helpful to send replacement parts and get me back on the road. I would definitely buying their products. They have an excellent customer service. And response very fast

Bought 2 of these electric scooters for…

Bought 2 of these electric scooters for Christmas. One for my 11 year old son and one for my husband. It is perfect for both the speed adjustment modes make it so both can ride at their own levers. They were shopped and delivered super quick and the directions were easy to follow. The only two things I had an issue with were, I purchased one seat for my son to start out with. When my husband installed it it only lasted a day before the screws stripped out of where they screw into the other problem I had was the cable for one of the headlights pulled out of the lights:/ both things will probably be not too hard of a fix. About a week after delivery we received a complementary helmet with a bag and water bottle which was super awesome.

One tough machine

I have owned the circooter pro 1600 for 2 years now. It survived my 16 yo son runs through the bush and jumps. Both my son and the scooter came out of it with bruises, broken headlights and broken break handle but mechanically it runs as designed. Recently the front wheel stopped working - it turned out that , I didn't know, you can turn on and off yourself pressing the headlight switch 3 times. Service guys were fairly quick to respond. Thank you.

Remarkable scooter

My son who was turning 13, wanted to get an Isinwheel scooter on his b'day. He chose the Isinwheel iX3 scooter which was surely an amazing scooter, but it was too heavy for him. When we told them after kind of 3months about this, Isinwheel people were kind to understand the situation & replace it for us. Terrific scooter, great service. I am impressed 👍
