The sales and service teams are great. They are quick to answer and never condescending. Unlike a competitor they did not say "we don't recommend these for seniors" but rather were eager to answers qquestions with plenty of info for me to make an informed decision. We now have a second iX3 based on my experience with the first one. Everybody loves it although some strangers do look at this senior with a quizzical look. I wish it had more torque for going uphill, that the steering stem was more solid and that the battery had a bit more range but those are my only gripes. I have been in the snow, on ice( a little risky) in the rain, dirt, gravel grass, etc and it was no problem and a lot of fun. It's a great alternative to carting ebikes around on a rack behind your vehicle and much lighter and easier to handle. I would recommend this brand without hesitation for young folks to old folks.

The V8 skateboard is a great product which I spent lot of times to seek for my style. This is an electric skateboard made me buy it with full acessories such as a battery pack, 2 pack of wheels, 2 pack of motor wheels and I am very satisfied about it. The skateboard makes sense of speeds with has many functions to easily control it, especially I'm very impressed of the high model of fashionable light which has specific function that I can turn on/off it at anytime, anywhere as well. I am proud of playing it when I have free time. But in my opinion, I believe that the electric skateboard needs an application for mobile phone. Because most people has a phone, so they can control the skateboard with their phone without worrying to lose the remote control or wasting time to find it. I hope this function helps you improve your product better than now. Overall, at the moment, this is one of the best electric skateboards with a nice price on the market and I am very happy when I own it. Thank you for your fantastic product!

The skateboard I got is easy to use and wayyy faster than im comfortable going! I can do about 12, 13 mph and thats barely using the throttle, so impressive power. The controller is simple to use and the brake function is something I wish my standard skateboards had. Time will tell about longevity of the board, but ive put a few miles on it so far before the weather got too cold. Looking forward to this coming spring and summer with the board.

Ordered 2 scooters they arrived on time

Ordered the V6 electric skateboard and it was good! Shipping even came a day early. Had to loosen the trucks for better steering but it has enough storage for me to go from my highschool and back without issue. Only complaint is the obnoxious "isinwheel.com" label on the skateboard sticking out like a sore thumb. Would've been better places maybe if it was on the side of the battery

Web site was easy to navigate. The 4 electric scooters I bought had a very good description and pictures. I have not used them yet they are Christmas gifts but am excited to try them out.
