I have had my scooter for over a year…

I have had my scooter for over a year now, and it has helped my family out immensely. Currently my nephew was using it to ride back-and-forth to work until he obtains his license and it has been a lifesaver for him recently We had some issues with the back tire, but the customer service has been very helpful and making sure that we get the right items so that we can replace the tire, it is inexpensive And it’s just been a overall great experience. I definitely recommend purchasing a scooter or bicycle from this company.

My Experience with isinwheel UPDATE MARCH 6

My experience with the isinwheel S10 Plus has had some challenges, including a delayed shipment, communication issues with tech support, and a faulty dashboard and controller. Despite these setbacks, I remain optimistic about the product. While I have not yet tested the ride quality of the isinwheel S10 Plus, I can confirm the following: • The unboxing process was simple. • The 3-step folding system makes it easy to use. • The scooter includes a loud bell for alerting others. • The lights are bright, and the turn signals are visible on both the handlebars and rear deck. • The dashboard is clear and colorful. • Charging is straightforward. • The design is sleek and modern. Overall, I am looking forward to using the isinwheel S10 Plus. —————————— OR SO I THOUGHT! That was before I wasn’t able to ride my scooter for about two months! Ordered it on January 9th, but it did not arrive til Jan 25 because it had been lost. (What?) After I charged it for a full night, I went to use it. Immediately got an Error (E10). Submitted an error report within the app, and waited for almost another week and a a half before reaching out to their email. They had never received my request. Started the whole process over again. On February 17, I was told that they are restocking the controllers. No ETA given. Still, I remained hopeful. It is now March 6, and I have been told it could be another 30-45 days before it is ready. Then I will have to wire the derned thing myself? It’s too late to return it. So now I just have to wait and hope that this is the last of my issues…

Rückabwicklung ist eine Katastrophe

Lieferung superschnell und top, aber der Roller gefällt leider nicht. Direkt wieder eingepackt, keinen Meter gefahren. Leider ist die Rücksendung ein Riesenproblem!! Wir haben das Unternehmen extra ausgewählt, weil wir EU Produktion haben wollten und nicht über einen grossen Versandhandel kaufen wollten, falls während der Garantiezeit doch mal ein Defekt auftritt. Das war leider ein Fehler, Kundendienst ist tagsüber bisher nicht erreichbar, eine Wiedereinlagerungsgebühr von bis zu 15% ist auf einmal 15%, Rückversandkosten kommen noch zusätzlich hinzu, das steht nirgendwo. Es werden komische Rabatte angeboten, obwohl wir den Roller zurückschicken wollen. der T8 ist einfach zu groß für unsere Tochter. Wird es ohne Anwalt möglich sein, die Rücksendung vorzunehmen. Den Fall werden wir unserem RA und dem Verbraucherschutz übergeben.

Damaged product, will not refund/replace

I purchased a brand new S10 electric scooter last year. It was delivered October 30, 2024. It arrived damaged. After much back and forth with isinwheel, and attempts on my part to repair the scooter, they refused to refund my money because it was just over the 30 day return window. They offered to send me a new motor for the scooter, or a refurbished and functional scooter if I paid a $50 shipping fee; I agreed to the latter. I paid to ship the refurbished scooter on December 15, 2024. The first attempt to ship this scooter failed; I reached out to isinwheel to see where my package was and they told me that scooter had been damaged in shipping (like the original). They asked me to “just bear with them a little longer” and that another scooter would be sent to me within 5-7 business days. It’s January 12, 2025, and the scooter has not arrived. They haven’t sent tracking information or anything. I feel like I have no recourse to hold this company accountable. I feel had… I paid a total of $479.99 almost 3 months ago, and have no working scooter. My experience has been bad, I can’t recommend this company :-(
