Researched for weeks.... Found a lot of good bikes..!! There's some serious competition out there, but I have to say... This bike... The (D-3) 20"Electric Bike is Pheonominal..!!! Superior Quality, Great Functionality, looks good too! Haven't had it long enough to say how durable it is, seems solid and rides great.

I love my scooter it goes everywhere I go in my car and now there is no such thing as too far of a parking spot! I am in love and the customer service is really nice tho I wish they got back to me during normal California day time , tho it is nice to wake up to a nice e mail from them when I e mail them:) super nice people and even sent me a free helmet sue to some confusion with my purchase, I thought it came with front pouch bag but that is separate . So for the confusion they sending me a free helmet! So awesome

Had response but no follow-up for returning the hoverboard that failed to work. After 7 emails asking for a return authorization/ label I have entered the being ignored by the company

They don’t accept negative reviews on their site so here I am. The support staff with isinwheel is totally useless. I never got my scooter and still have to pay $400 and when I used their chat support I was told they will not compensate me and to take it up with UPS, then after that they completely ignored me and exited the chat even after trying to communicate. It was very rude. They won’t even send you a replacement.

I purchased this scooter because it seemed to be the best one I could get at this low of a price. However, thirty min after my purchase, I found some terrible reviews of the company and changed my mind. I followed the instructions to cancel my order by sending an email. 27 hours later, I received a notification that my order had shipped, and 28 hours later I received an email from isinwheel that they could not cancel my order and that I needed to pay the $50 shipping to send it back. Upon hearing this, I decided to just keep the scooter. I have found that it only goes 19 mph at full charge and averages at 16 mph. Additionally, the breaks are absolutely awful and have almost caused me to crash multiple times. To resolve this issue, I emailed the address listed in the pamphlet that came with the scooter and asked for instructions on fixing them. I received one response asking for my order number 30 hours later; I promptly respond. It has been over a week and I still have not gotten a response. If you want to give this scooter a try, I highly recommend that you order it through amazon.

In Summe kann ich sagen, der etwas höhere Preis in der Anschaffung ist es absolut wert. Zumal die stabileren und teureren Boards sowieso die bessere Wahl sind.

I have been using this scooter for about 3 weeks now and i can ride it at night the light in front is very powerful.

Don’t even reply to questions on their own website. Avoid if this is the customer service.

Fraudulent behaviour! Scooter came without seat and when asked for return and, after they stopped communicating, for a refund, I haven't heard from them. Threatened to sue, so they said to send it back (I had to pay for it) and I never saw my money again. We are in court now!

Was sold a scooter through amazon, the whole description is FRAUDULENT..YOUCANNOT USE THIS AS STATED ON ANY PUBLIC PLACE IT IS ILLEGAL AND THE LAW STATES I SHOULD HAVE BEEN TOLD THIS WHEN PURCHASING!!!!..Then they had the cheek to only offer me a £30 refund.....
