A scam company! Don’t fail for it! I ordered an scooter on 10 March, then it got cancelled for no reason and they don’t want to refund it. Now I contacted PayPal to give me the money back and they acting like i selled them an e Scooter. The e scooter never came, the money didn’t came till this day !!!! Don’t fall for it never order from them!

Verry bad service

Awful company, box arrived damaged and the contents inside all marked! This is not the birthday present I paid for… calls get ignored emails are awful, they’ve replied twice in the last week and both times they won’t action the return or refund, that’s been requested.

I have been trying to contact them, by e-mail and by phone, no reply. I received their product but it never worked. Charged the battery, it only turns on for a second and straight away turns off, not even the lights get tested. I do not even know how and where to return the item. I am definitely writing my bank now to report this fraudulent transaction.

Do not order from this site they scammed me for my money

I received the ix5 model and the front wheel does not turn properly. The brake is too tight and it is impossible to loosen it. I sent many emails and even called the company but never received a reply. Apparently there is no customer service. Very disappointed. Also there were no instructions included about how to programme the different programs.
