Received my GT-2 in a few days. Impressed with the quality. It came fully assembled and ready to go. Plenty of power, 28 mph is very fast on a scooter. I have been riding it for a week and it works great. Would buy again!!!

Quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced. After less than six months of ownership, I am having issues with the motor and throttle control. It's clear by the response, the customer service is offshored, and they literally give me the same canned generic response with each reply. They refuse to stand by their warranty. I will never buy from here again. They did offer me a free cup holder.

The product itself was already perfect, but the ease of purchase and fast delivery made the transaction all the better. The images taking of my ID front and back, plus a wretched morning selfy, just to place this review, DOING WAY TOO MUCH, but I don't blame the company at all, just my opinion.

We purchased three scooters; a S9Max, a GT2 and an xPro3. The S9Max was missing the charger and bag which customer service assured they would ship one promptly. All three scooters were assembled without any issues and we have been enjoying the XPro3 and the GT2 which have remarkably different performance characteristics; the XPro3 has 12” street tires and the GT2 has 11” off-road tires, both have excellent performance, both are well constructed and both are easy to ride, have smooth acceleration and feel safe. Unfortunately, we received the charger for the S9Max but it was the European model and will not plug into our wall outlet. Customer Service is sending a replacement as the chargers are not compatible with the other models.

After a manufacturing defect that rendered my scooter unusable, Isinwheel went out of their way to rectify the problem by replacing my scooter with a new one. Though problems with e scooters are rare, know that when you do business with isinwheel, if anything from the factory ever goes wrong, they have your back. A brand you can trust.

Absolutely love our U2 Cruisers so far. Just received a week ago. Very easy to put together and to ride. Been riding everyday and just love it. Exactly what I was looking for.

I had been looking for a scooter for sometime, but my must haves were quite detailed. Must haves: - Be under $800.00 -Capable of 50kph (or 40KPH) -Built in shocks -Good build quality -Be A Canadian company Than I came across isinwheel and all was well in the universe & the Star’s had aligned and I had found a company that offered all this and more. What a great company, they really stand behind their products and provide quick feedback. I was leaning towards Segway but to get all the comparable items on my list, a segway would come in around $3200.00 to add shocks and large motor capable of speeds i wanted. Iscooter ix3 was the obvious choice and I absolutely love it. I have been able to sneak in 3 rides as snow is holding off. This Scooter delivers in all my categories and is likely faster than i need, but better have and not need, than to need and not be able to reach speed. Thank you isinwheel, amazing scooter for this price point.
