Kyle and Tyron have just installed a permaframe porch and garden room for us. Their work was exceptional as well as their courtesy. They took great care that all the work was correctly installed to the highest level whilst making the minimum disruption to us. They always ensured that we knew when to expect them each day. Had a new front door fitted today. The fitting team were determined to make our fit a positive experience and have made an excellent job of fitting our new door. They worked quickly, neatly and tidy up inside and out as though they hadn’t been there. They were both very knowledgeable about the product and inspected every aspect ensuring it worked and looks as good as it is meant too. Would definitely recommend this team of fitters and company

Permaframe fitted my new windows and they are great. Had a few people comment on how good they look already and a neighbour ask for their number. Thanks to Dan and Brian who were the fitters and were friendly guys to have in the house for a day and tidied up so well I was shocked at the lack of cleaning I had to do.

Dan and Brian just fitted our new French doors. Polite, friendly and helpful. They did a great job very cheerfully in spite of the freezing cold and went to great lengths to leave everything clean and tidy afterwards. We are very pleased.

I have dealt with Permaframe now for many years as have my family. We have always been satisfied with the service and standard of work. A new front door was fitted some 6 months ago and there have been problems with the lock(NUKI) since the lock was fitted . I of course contacted NUKI, who required the invoice. I do not have it as it was supplied as part of the installation process. The service, by the way from NUKI, is appalling and of no help at all. Permanframe did put me in contact with the lock supplier. again useless. Eventually, after many calls and emails and at last a return call Permaframe did say that the lock would be replaced. That was some months ago. I have heard nothing so sent another email. Nothing. I Called today(23rd Dec) now closed until the new year and the lock tells me that the battery is failing . I have no wish to put poor reviews about my local trusted supplier on Trustpilot but enough is enough and I simply wish for my lock to be replaced and to work as it should. I note the MD reads reviews so perhaps he will read this one and get some action on a long overdue problem.
