Had Kyle and Tyrone fit my windows brilliant service very friendly and chatty had some issues with some of the glass and have sorted the issues out to be fixed in a couple weeks can't fault the team at all

Brilliant job; fast, efficient, tidy and polite - couldn't ask for more. Thank you Tyron and Kyle. However it's the next day and I'm not so happy. Five snagging issues and so many phone calls from them where it has been clear that they don't communicate with each other. The final call was a follow on from them trying to selling me further business that I was interested in. To be fair it would have been a tricky job but one person said it could be done but I did not appreciate the rather dismissive conversation with the final person to phone.

Things didn’t go totally smoothly so credit to Tyron the fitter for sorting things out. Result looks great but as with every product, ask me again in 10 years. There’s a good guarantee I understand so all good.

After a few glitches and miscommunication between management departments which delayed our fitting, the brilliant team arrived today and worked non-stop to fit all our 17 windows. Shout out to Kyle and Tyron for doing such a great job and being respectful of our home and the needs of my disabled husband. They really know their stuff and were efficient, cleaned up after themselves and a pleasure to work with. We still have a finishing off bit to do so I’ll welcome them back when they’ve got more beading. Thanks also due to Ian and Roy in sales who negotiated for us and kept everything on an even keel. I’m so pleased with my new windows. Thanks guys

Dan and Brian were very polite and friendly. Really efficient and on time. The work was completed and we inspected the site, first class workmanship and they left the place clean and tidy.

Dan and Brian fitted my patio door today. They arrived on time, were quick and efficient, used dust sheets to protect my carpet and cleaned up before they left. Very pleased with the results. Thank you Dan and Brian

Had several windows replaced this week by Permaframe and I am so pleased! Ian came to visit me a few weeks ago to discuss what I was looking for, he spent a good couple of hours talking me through options and I did not feel pressured at any point to make a decision and all my questions were answered in full and he followed up promptly like he said he would. Dan and Brian came this week to replace several windows which was a huge job as the quality of the work left by previous fitters was very shoddy and a lot needed to be done to fix existing work as well as replacing the windows. Both days they turned up and worked incredibly hard, communicated with me every stage to make sure I was involved in any decisions and understood what was happening and went above and beyond in so many ways to look after me and make sure I was satisfied. They were friendly, welcoming, helpful and left the house as clean as if they were never here. The front door will be fitted at a later date and I insisted that they be the ones to come back to fit it. I chose Permaframe because of the excellent reviews and was feeling apprehensive after a recent negative experience with another company who worked on the house but I would not hesitate to recommend Permaframe to anyone- if I could give more than five stars I would!

Kyle and tyron have completed fitting my doors today in record time to their usual high standerds this is the most recent of installations this year all of which are great and efficantly completed i am very impresed with their speedy and friendly work
