When Kyle Tyron and he’s team arrived they listened carefully to what was wrong and at each stage made sure were happy with the work completed. Kyle and he’s team were friendly and completed the work in good time and to a high standard.

Absolutely delighted with the job the fitters, Dan and Brian, did on our conservatory. They did the job quicker than I expected but, despite that, you could tell they were making sure they did the best job possible. 100% recommended and, if you have Dan and Brian turn up on your job, you can rest assured you're in good hands. On top of that, they're really nice fellas too.

I had Dan and Brian fit 7 windows in my property yesterday. Excellent service throughout the day. Worked very hard to perfection. Clean and tidy so you wouldn’t know any work had been done. Very pleased with the work and would highly recommend. Well done and thanks for your hard work

Dan & Brian arrived when we were told they would, excellent workers, considerate and friendly. Good clean job, and left the house very tidy.
Utterly shambolic
Having Read past glowing reviews of this company, which is why we went with them in the first place, it’d be easy to think they were for a different company. It’s difficult to express how disappointed we are with the whole experience, not to mention our complete dissatisfaction in the way we feel we were been treated from Day 1. But I’ll do my best. We were given an installation date and told the fitters would be there at 9. . 9am came and went and at about 10:30 we rang For an update, to be told the window had been ‘lost’ and couldn’t be located. Pointedly, it was us who rang themTo find this out. We were told we’d receive an update and later that afternoon, were informed the window still hadn’t been located and we’d have to wait another two weeks for installation. My partner works from home and couldn’t rearrange meetings so I took a day off. I’m self employed and therefore lost a days money. We were then rebooked for Monday 17th at 2pm. I might as at this point we received an after service call to see if we were happy with the instal!! Good internal comms guys. Not! When the fitters arrived 2 Weeks later, they came with the unit, but it was missing a large pane of glass from the left hand, opening side of the window. They said they could install the window but with a temporary board and that the pane would be arriving the next day and would Be fitted immediately. We were told that we would be contacted in the morning to arrange a time. I couldn’t take the following day off so my My partner then had to put her meetings on hold until we knew when they were coming. No call came so again, we rang you for an update. Only to be told there was no pane and we’d have to wait yet another two weeks. So Basically we were mislead with information from the fitters, had our business commitments disrupted yet again and had to endure a boarded up window, right next to our bed for the nest kart if two weeks. It would have surely have been better to not fit the window at all. The Fitters also left pieces of window plastic, a plastic spacer and old Sealant on the conservatory roof and in the gutter. I had to gain access from a neighbours property and climb a wall to retrieve the pieces from the gutter and roof. Which is presumably why the Fitters didn’t bother to retrieve them themselves. On top of this, we noticed scrape marks on our paintwork to the side and above the window. On the date of the third attempted fitting day, my partner couldn’t rearrange her work schedule so I had to take another unpaid day off. After fitting the pane, I voiced a few of my concerns to the fitter, and he told me he would relay my issues to a manager and said I would receive a call from him. This didn’t happen. Upon checking the fitting after he’d gone, we noticed smears of dark sealant down the side of the window on the paintwork. This on top of the marks left by the first fitters. Not only did we have to paint the window surround, we also had to clean the glass as it had to hand and smear marks on it. Also, the windows come with security locks and we didn’t received any keys. Very important as this is stipulated in our home insurance therefore the integrity of our insurance is in jeopardy. So to summarise. It took almost 5 weeks to fit a single window unit. I feel every single aspect of this job, has been flawed right from the beginning. communications, reliability, professionalism, integrity, customer care and respect, workmanship, etc etc, has fallen a long way short of what we expected from a company that promotes and advertises itself the way you do. It took nearly 5 weeks and caused unnecessary stress to us and our businesses and has cost me personally, lost revenue and an interruption to both my own and my partners busy work schedules. I have since been informed that there was a big shake up of the company which has resulted in a few negative aspects and ‘incidents’ here and there. Clearly and unfortunately we were part of this collateral damage. I’m in the building trade and world of mouth goes along way in relatively small town areas like this. Shame.
New porch installation
We were very pleased with the whole process from initial chat about a porch replacement, being kept informed about when the work would be done and the final installation. The chaps that completed the work were both polite and efficient. The installation took less time then expected. Thankyou
