Leanne Pearce was in charge of our case. The legal process of the sale of the house took 8 months, which was a very long process. Throughout this time, it was difficult to get updates from Swiitch. I had to follow up multiple times and didn’t feel that my interests were adequately represented. Communication was kept to an absolute minimum.
