Over explained

Lene was who I spoke with, and it felt like she was reading from a script regardless of my responses. She asked if I had changed the filter in the last 3 months, and after I responded yes, continued to tell me the importance of it. This continued with every answer I provided. When someone is calling for an emergency service call, the last thing they want is to hear about how to use the maintenance portal they used to get in contact with emergency maintenance services.

Customer Service Still Exist

Ivy listened to my concerns and answered my questions. She provided a timeline of when to expect to hear from the local office. I wasn't sure what to expect but was pleasantly surprised.
