First Key homes

My husband, son, and myself absolutely love first key homes. Mr. Ron McGraw was such a blessing us to get us started. He helped us get setup with the touring and was very helpful and knowledgeable and made sure to stay in contact with us every step of the way. he is also very spiritual and believes in God just as my self. I told him that the day we toured the house we saw a blue Jay and Red Robin land in the back yard and they stayed there for a while. I said you know what that means Mr. McGraw he said no what does it means, I said its God giving us a sign and telling us thats our house. He said I receive it and please keep in touch with me and let me know when you get approved for the house, because I would love to hear and share your testimony.

Do what you will with this info.

It's been 5 days since i have been calling in regard to not having hot water throughout the entire house and have yet to get any response in regard and can imagine how hard it is with only having cold water in cold weather. Since moving in November I have had 3 weeks and the response and with the exception of the third party contractor and ONE firstkey employee has not been the best at all. Currently the house has an active leak outside the house. The county came out 3 days ago and said 4THOUSAND gallons of water has been wasted thus far and firstkey has yet to approve the repairs. As a new tenant the experience is definitely one to remember (just don't feel cared for) and to those prospecting do with this information what you will. I am truly burnt out at this point
