Les came to my home to fix a leak in my front yard. He was quick and professional.

It was 20° outside and our heat went out in the middle of the night. We had to place an emergency maintenance call and it was super easy to place a service request. I work in the home warranty industry and I'm very impressed with how they operate their business. I called, spoke with a rep who scheduled the work order, and then I recieved a call about 30 minutes later to schedule my maintenance request—the tech will be showing up later this afternoon. I'm exceptionally happy with how smooth the process is/was. Also, shout out to my rep Tj that I initally spoke with who was absolutely awesome. He was incredibly professional, thorough, and friendly.
