Management of First key homes non existent!

Really no stars My heat hasn’t been working properly for months now. They send tech after tech out and are told by them that the unit needs to be replaced. My house is freezing no one gives a damn. I’m sure they are in the heat with their families. No one has returned my numerous calls and messages left with the call center which most of them don’t understand English. No managers on duty. The only people that care are the techs that come out to try to help. I’m sure they have heat in their homes.

Late fee issue

Had an issue with a late fee. Spoke to Max and he was so kind to help me resolve it. He even helped me set up my future payments. Very good customer service.
