Thank you Tyrone for fixing our bad hallway switch. I know you didn’t have the correct switch (3way) but substituted a 1way so that we had lights and use of our washer/dryer. Look forward to having your guys come back and do a swap on the substituted switch once it is ordered in the next few days.

The gal I got on the phone was with the renewals department and she was knowledgeable and very helpful. She gave me a lot of information when answering my questions and it confused me a bit so I needed to ask clarifying questions. I’d much rather too much helpfulness than not enough. The effort was definitely there!
