I placed an order on 9 Jan, 07:53 am. It was a gift for my son. As of the 10th Jan at 4.17 pm (2 working days) later, nothing had happened with my order and it has not been dispatched. I have tried phoning Red Dragon Darts 4 times this afternoon. You get the beginning of a recorded message saying that their operators are busy, and then you get cut off. What is frustrating is that since registering on their website, I have been receiving promotional emails from Red Dragon Darts. Why are they soliciting for business/orders when they cannot deal with the ones they already have? If my order has not shipped on Monday, I'm going to have to contact my card provider and do a chargeback since there is no way to reach them. Then I can order from Amazon instead as I should have done, to begin with.

Made an order on Monday and everything was in stock. Now Thursday and I have received no confirmation of shipping and no reply to any emails I have sent to see what is going on and get an update. Poor customer service. Never had issues before so this surprises me, but when you have paid over £200 for products you want them for when you want them.

Ordered darts on Saturday and still haven't came when they said it will be there in 2 or 3 days
