Spammed with emails that are outdated…
Spammed with emails that are outdated for what is required of the loan. Still getting emails to sign and upload documents although everything is completed. The employee who was assigned to my loan didnt read my emails or provide any help. Took 4 emails for him to get an address right. Started at the beggining of January. Still waiting for the loan, so its silly to ask for a review and ITS STILL NOT DONE. Had better customer service at a dollar general. I would've cancelled and gone with a different compnay except i didnt want another credit score check. Sucks im stuck here now.

This was so easy!! My daughters payments with a private loan company were more than she could afford and we found ELFI and applied to refinance and got her payments and interest so much lower. It was so fast and easy and we worked with Kaitlin and she was very fast with responding and getting us done with in a few days!! We will be using them for our sons loans as well!!! Great experience.

This company will drag out the process of applying for your loan. Over the course of a month, they proceeded to send me on a scavenger hunt for information. Back and forth interactions were in place over the course of that month each time requesting another document or further information. All of this back and forth, just to inform me my application cannot be approved without a co-signer. This could have been concluded with the initial application information I provided regarding my DTI, and saved a lot of time in the process. They were great with that communication, but the process could have been expedited with my initial application since none of the additional information I provided was needed to determine need for a co-signer.

The process was so easy. Refinancing was something I have been avoiding because I thought it would be complicated, but this was so simple. Anytime I had a question someone got back to me immediately. I have no complaints!
