The claim to Aviva was quickly referred to HRML

The MyAviva app claim was quickly referred to HRNL who contacted me very quickly to arrange a site visit assessment. They kept me informed of the process and date to fix the issue through a third party supplier. All parties in the supply chain were professional, quick and easy to deal with.

Excellent & Problem Free Service

This was only my second claim on home insurance in 35 years, and did in fact think twice before claiming, due to the anticipated hassle.
