Visited by James Lavender of HRNL to assess flood damage. First class professional who obviously knew his onions. Explained exactly what he was doing, really good comms just keeping me up to speed. Trustworthy, friendly and switched on... would definitely recommend James and HRNL.

Service was faultless. John and his team explained all my options and helped me to find a solution to the issue I had. They answered all my questions and were there to help every step of the way.

The surveyor they got to look at the damage for the insurance claim had no communication or customer service skills. He took photos of the roof with a camera on a giant stick, didn’t physically look at the roof or show me the pictures of the damage or explain what he observed. His only words where “wear and tear claim declined buy a new roof “ Very helpful “not” and his detailed explanation is passed to the insurance company who then accept it. My detailed advice is avoid Aviva and this company if wanting insurance or making a claim.

Beth made the process of dealing with my claim really easy. She was quick to reply to my emails and kept me updated throughout.
