ordered bike 24th August still not…

ordered bike 24th August still not shipped on website 30th so I cancelled all of a sudden they say bike in uk ? so I will have to wait till they get bike back to Holland before I get refunded. after a number of emails to Dillon at customer services with his same be patient emails still have not been refunded and it is now 26th of September. shipping details and customer services need a big upgrade. for such a big company not very professional avoid if you can almost feel like a scam. one unhappy customer uk

I have definitely made a good decision to buy a bike from Super73, the RX is a very cool bike and it's also comfortable to ride. I had do a test ride at Super73 B. V. before I had buy it. The Service was great and they are helpful as possible.

Overall a must purchase

Great support, great bike (ZX) Couldn’t be more happy with that. The one thing that brought it down from 5 stars was the delayed delivery due to high demand and long shipment time.

Money for nothing

Bought a pair of tires from them 11 days ago. Money spent. Do I have the tires? No, I don’t. Has Super73 sent them yet despite telling me they have them in stock? No, they haven’t. Has Super73 replied to my requests for delivery? No, they haven’t done that either. Essentially, my experience for this sale is this….. Super73 take my money. The end.

Hope the bike is good

I placed my order on August 31st, the order included a zx model bike and some accessories. I receive an email from super 73 with the tracking of the order being delivered for Friday 4th September. Unfortunately the delivery includes only the accessories and not the bike as shown in the shipping packing list. Then I contact super 73 to ask for explanations and i am told that there was an error and that the bike would have been shipped separately via geodis, Then for several days I talk to the super 73 customer service asking if the bike was been shipped or less without getting an answer. after numerous attempts I am informed on 13th September that the bike had been shipped and a couple days later I was sent the tracking with delivery scheduled for 21st September. To date I have not yet received the bike and the latest shipment update is on September 16th. I tried unsuccessfully to contact geodis so I have no idea where my bike is, I can know when to deliver it. I am not satisfied, especially considering that I had placed another order on August 17th that was canceled due to a difference between the billing and delivery address for which I have provided the No Fraud partner with all the data required for verification of my identity. Ultimately, almost 40 days of waiting and dozens of phone calls for a bike ready for delivery paid for € 2500.

Super disappointed

Super disappointed - I bought my Super73 S2 one month ago. (End of August) Exactly one month later, my bike died. Nothing works - seems like an electric problem. I am spending hours trying to reach the customer care - if I get through they are nice talking to me, but promise me to get back to me with solutions. Nothing whatsoever... It's always me trying to get infos from them, as they simply won't reply as promised. Sorry - but a product at the pricing point deserves better quality and customer care. get me back on the street by helping me.
