I don't normally review but I made a purchase from this company and then read thr reviews. I was very worried! However I can say that there was a seemless order to delivery process. I got an email confirming purchase, one confirming dispatch with a tracking number and it arrived very quickly. Thr box was open on delivery but contents fine. Not tried the item yet but very please with service. I bought an infrared heater with a klimt kiss cover. I was thrilled with the colours and tone of thr item and thr price was very good. A lively item I hope will last many years.

ordered one item during lockdown...it arrive within a week of ordering...from Germany to UK.....ordered again and within 2 days ordered issued and in transit and arrived a few days later.....during these times i can't fault the process...one has to expect to massive disruption but i am pleasantly surprised.. by reasonable timescales between ordering and receiving...with up to date comms about the progress of order and shipping, No complaints.

Easy to order, fast delivery and awesome product!

Ordered a Orbifit Basic Cross trainer. I was kept up to date with delivery progress and told when it would arrive to the nearest 2hrs perfect. It arrived on time packaging showed only minor scuffs and was well packed, on opening slight polystyrene damage but very well packed. Assembly straight forward slight misalignment of one arm but nothing a bit of slackening of screws and tugging couldn't fix. All in all very pleased with purchase.
