Schlechter Lieferservice, angeblich ist die Bestellung in 2 Tagen da. Aber auch nach 5 noch nicht angekommen. Wenn man bei Fatboy anfragt, bekommt man eine dümmliche Antwort zurück...... sorry, nie wieder.....

Une table à plus de 1000€ qui se raye dès qu'on pose quelque chose dessus (un vase en l'occurrence que jai eu le malheur de faire glisser, puis les assiettes...etc) Extrêmement déçue 😞

Unresponsive. Impossible to return an item.

Unresponsive after sales. They are not based in the UK and there is no easy way of reaching out to their after-sales team. Nobody responds to email, chat and returns forms. I would strongly advise against buying from them.

acquistato come professionista, inserendo partita iva e tutti i dati richiesti, poi ti consegnano una fattura che di fatto è carta straccia, la società è olandese ma ti applicano l'iva Italiana come se la fattura fosse emessa in Italia rendendo di fatto la fattura non registrabile e l'iva che se sono intascati dove va??

Nous avons acheté un parasol sunshaby anthracite et blanc qui est arrivé noir et blanc ivoire. Les photos du site montraient bien les couleurs anthracite et blanc… Un petit mail pour demander des clarifications = 0 réponse

Mooie spullen en super service

Mooie spullen en super service! Na ongeveer twee jaar waren m’n bollekes stuk, maar in overleg met fat-boy sturen sturen ze gewoon twee nieuwe exemplaren op. Hadden ze niet hoeven doen, maar toch gedaan! Heel fijn.

Abysmal: shocking example of rip off culture and style over content. Please read the reviews !!!!!!!

Please read the reviews !!!!!!! 67% state AWFUL. For very very good reason. Two TP accounts too: always a red flag and usually it means the reviews were so awful on one account they had to set up another .... Ordered a parasol scarcely used since that time last May. The base is also looking corroded and screws are rusty but haven't even got round to telling them that part as the parasol itself is totally useless...The base was ordered in January ~ of this year. Fallen apart. Handyman paid for by us ~ had to drill holes and use screws to re attach the hinge on which use is dependent. Without the hinge you can't put it up!! Two days later a spoke fell apart which means again ~ UNUSABLE. Woke up to a broken ripped parasol ~ as it is so badly made when a spoke comes out it collapses so badly it rips the parasol ! Such low quality it beggars belief.... Less than 8 weeks of use ! This time I contacted them and had to send images and have a back and forth ~ for them to have the utter gall to demand some more £££££ from us. Apparently it is our fault their products are manufactured to such appalling low standards ! The so called 2 year warranty and guarantee mean ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. You cannot even open the invoices ! Yes ~ that alone tells its tale of nefarious doesn't it ? You get banal emails with smiley faces telling you ' oh but that is not our fault ' and you think my god - does anyone anywhere actually think people are that incredibly stupid. Oh OK Fatboy - you say I broke my parasol that cost 1K once the base is bought and the handyman paid and so on and so forth ...????? Really ???? Is that how very low you go ??? So I must have done. I slept walked one night into the garden in the dead of night and took a sledge hammer to my parasol so I could enter into a tedious and ridiculous email exchange to get a new one ? After 900gbp spent on it ...and another 100gbp for the handyman. Oh but there aren't any sledge hammer marks are there ? No. Because the useless screws have come out of the spoke and I can't even lift the thing let alone manoeuvre it to take photos without contorting my body ~ but let's all say the customer did this shall we - and hope we can get more out of them... The products are heavy, abysmal quality, unwieldy and don't work. Save yourself time energy sanity and a lot of money ~ and avoid this brand ~ and you will be extremely full of gratitude. Like one of the other 67% who have had an absolutely abysmal time of it ~ says ~ do not be fooled by the price point. Shockingly bad company and not long for this world am sure: total style over content. BS. Of the highest order. Scamming their way through the world thinking it's not going to catch up with them..... Oh dear. Oh dear oh dear oh dear ....
