Easy to access call centre helpful staff

The long journey to London was made more manageable due to coach driver Stewart(coach 9) He has a good sense of humour and kept us all in loop of what’s happening, where we should meet the coach etc. he was very patient and knowledgeable of London. The hotel was lovely even though we didn’t get a chance to enjoy it due to very late check in(after midnight) and left after breakfast the next day. The trip was good value for money and it was worth paying the extra £20+ for a decent stall seat.

Stuart, the driver was amazing. Friendly, entertaining, nothing was a bother to him. The only reason I didn't give you 5 stars was because I was not aware you needed to make your own way to the theatre. I thought you would be dropped off outside

The day trips could have been better and the coach being split into two different hotels wasn't good.

Brilliant 5 day break.coach driver was really good,very informative,polite&helpful.great guy. Hotel was beautiful outside&bar areas.rooms very basic&food to. But for the money we payed,sort of good. National holidays are basic,but reasonable priced.

Great trip on Thursday 27/02 to see the Cirque du Soleil at the Royal Albert Hall. However the coach we travelled in was not a National Holidays coach and was not to the usual high standard. The seating was very cramped and not comfortable. The driver was pleasant & helpful, the hotel (Hyatt, Heathrow) was excellent

We enjoyed our trip down to Kent. The hotel was good value for money and the chef and Restaurant Supervisor went out of the way to provide me with a suitable meal for my swallowing problems. The driver of our coach was Chris and he was good taking us to the different destinations on the itinerary even though we found out it was his first trip down to this hotel. Enjoyed to week and met some lovely people. We will certainly go on another National Holiday.

The driver we had Phil was absolutely brilliant he made the holiday nothing was to much trouble and he was very informative about the areas we visited

Our driver Phil was fantastic safe and very professional. The coach was very comfortable and our excursions were great. The hotel had friendly staff , was clean with good food and good entertainment. Another plus was the number 22 bus that stops more or less outside and takes you all down the coast for your free day! Would definitely go with them again it was a really great holiday.
