Pickups and journey took forever I left the house at 7.30 am and got to the hotel at 6 pm Door to door driving would have taken under 4 hours. 2 days of a 4 day break taken up with travel Never again!! Hotel was good and day trips splendid The travelling spoilt it

Efficient and pleasant lady

Have used this company several times. The call handling staff are always polite and helpful. In this instance it was 'Ricky'. I have also booked online in the past and it is very easy to do so.

Excellent coach driver, very knowledgeable, gave precise instructions on meeting times etc. Hotel staff were friendly & knew their jobs well. I like the way National Holidays now give you the itinerary prior to departure enable you to research prior to travel.

Booking very straightforward

First break with National and all in all it was great, did the mystery break and so had no idea and I think it was brilliant. Driver was funny and helpful, coach was clean and comfy, could do with more room between seats and the journey was easy

Was a lovely little brake hotel bit in middle of nowhere but was happy just to spend night there well worth the money bus driver was fab
