Fantastic trip excellent driver hotel very very good clean comfortable spacious food very good places visited lovely weather lovely excellent value for money !Will be booking again this year in fact another weekend booked in May and possibly later on this will book another trip with you

Pleasantly surprised on the efficiency, good driver, although English wasn’t that good. Very nice hotel, good food, well organised. Absolutely nothing to criticise.

This was booked for my Birthday weekend and my Brothers 1st coach trip. We had a fab time such a lovely weekend. Micheal our driver was very professional, friendly and made the journey a good .

Bit upset to book a holiday from where we live in Wigan to be told pickup had changed to Leigh which cost £30 as bus takes 55 mins. The reason we got was " it wasn't viable" however only 2 ppl got on at bolton. Also unlike most other coach companies where we could select our seats was given back seats as we like to be towards back was also told this wasn't guaranteed. It seems customer are not at the forefront of this company. Hotel poor no hot water. Food atrocious and cold ( buffet style) . Not for us unfortunately

Trying to use the online booking was terrible, however the agent I spoke to was amazing, she sorted my booking out quickly and efficiently.

Our trip was to Cambridge and steam train ride both were excellent , hotel cleanliness very good , unfortunately the hotel food was not up to standard , the breakfast was ok , but the evening meal really was not acceptable 1st night was a meat chilli or veggie version and meat curry and Rice, cold naans , and a pudding if there were any left staff couldn’t cope with 2 coaches which were booked in and any other overnight guests , next night meat lasagna and veggie version and a large bowl of lettuce not presented well at all ,and then much confusion as to what sweet they had a supply of if any.

The new JG Explorer coach was brilliant. Very comfy, and the level toilet is a game changer! Nice to have drinking water available too, and the complimentary water bottle was a nice touch. Sam, our driver, was lovely.

We arrived early, which gave us extra time in London. The hotel was excellent, comfortable beds and delicious breakfast. Late wake-up call after late night arrival. Plenty of time on the second day to do everything we wanted to in London.

The young lady was polite and helpful with the booking.

Went to ABBA Voyage at the weekend. Driver (Phil) was very informative and friendly. Made the long journey more manageable. Felt looked after throughout both days. Had good drop off points at the venue and central London and felt safe. Coach was comfortable. Nice hotel and lots of choice at buffet breakfast. Would definitely book another trip with National Holidays. Thank you Phil.
