Well priced for a weekend away

Efficient,friendly, pleasant drivers and the prices are right.

Coach was clean and comfortable, all stops done in a timely manner, driver friendly and informative. Unfortunately you only get 4 hours each day in the city's you visit, not nearly long enough,most of the time spent in the hotel.

The lady I spoke to on the phone was helpful and informative as I had a couple of questions And after being reassured went ahead with a smooth process

Very easy and relaxed experience.

First time on a coach holiday and we really enjoyed it. Looking forward to booking up again.

There were 8 pickup stops between Beverley and London, which was very uncomfortable for those getting on early. Our exhibition entry window was changed twice at short notice, from 5.00pm on the Thursday, to 1.00pm on the Friday, then 11.00am on the Friday. Rather than spend 7 hours walking round London in the dark on the Thursday night, we booked a show, resulting in more expense than we budgeted for. On the Friday the coach dropped us off 4.5 miles away from the exhibition, giving us insufficient time to walk or use public transport, so we had to use a taxi in order to not miss our entry window - again more expense. Other people on our coach were dropped off right outside their attraction and did not have to use any other form of transport at all. The company's reply to our complaint insinuated that it was our own fault for booking a trip to a fast-paced city. I shall not be booking trips with this company again.
