I would definitely recommend national holidays. It was easy to book, lovely clean bus and the driver lovely. We did the mystery weekend and will be booking another.

Very helpful driver. Lovely hotel

A fantastic experience apart from having to read the very long voucher reference numbers.

Travel and driver was brilliant, hotel on the other hand was very poor. Run down, poor service, terrible food. Sock and an empty milk carton under the bed that stunk so not sure how it was missed. Obviously this isn't a reflection on nation holidays but the hotel ruined what was a otherwise a great trip

Booked on Monday over the phone and was told Wednesday that my trip was overbooked. Having booked time off work.

The place (IOW) the hotel and accomodation/food was excellent! Although an excursion was cancelled it wasnt Nationals fault, it was due to a land slide. We were offered a refund or alternative trip and we took the latter which was ok. Only down side (hence a 4/5) Travel time was too long (8hrs each way)

Very helpful in sorting out trip

Would have preferred a choice of a different seat as was squashed behind the toilet. One half hour stop on an eight hour journey was not enough. Our luggage came off the coach wet. The driver wasn’t interested when I told him. I believe it must have happened when an Iceland van hit our bus when it was stationary. My case was spoilt, it wasn’t anyone’s fault but a bit more concern would have been appreciated. The hotel was excellent.

Good Accommodation, restaurant also very good food is first class for both breakfast and evening meal with a good choice of food. The coach journey to get there was a pleasant one in my opinion 2 nights isnt enough the driver was very helpful and informative especially on the day excursion out.
