Mystery weekend

We absolutely enjoyed our mystery trip . We couldn’t believe we got to Scarborough and then York the next morning . It was great and the driver was very good and kept us informed

Isle of Wight trip

First time booked with National Holidays had a bargain break January 2025 at Warners Norton Grange Isle of Wight three day mini break. The pick up point was local to us so just a short taxi ride away we were met by a very friendly helpful driver Barry who had travelled from his hometown of Leeds to take us there. He kept us informed of all the pick ups along the way and any delays that were out of his control, stopping off for a comfort break at the services that is legally required for the driver and also a chance for the passengers to stretch their legs use the loo etc.( There were toilet facilities on the bus if you needed them as well) Barry the driver was courteous at all times and got us to our destination safely and advised us of our departure details. After our break the return journey went smoothly and once again the driver helped everybody when dropping them off at their stops top man. Well worth the money and enjoyed the experience.

A SATISFIED CUSTOMER

I began booking my holiday on line, all was going well until I got to paying g through my bank. I then noticed that instead of taking a deposit, they were taking the whole amount for the holiday. I then phoned the booking line and was put through to a lovely lady who was working from home. I found her very friendly and helpful, she was able to answer a lot of questions which wouldn't have been answered on line.? I felt very satisfied and happy with my booking. Thank you
