I have emailed support and called customer support to find out how to properly return the product . Neither have responded. I'm' mailing it back to headquarters.

the person we talked to about replacing our not working call blocker was very pleasant and friendly and knowledgeable. the units we have received through the years are very easy to set up and operate.

I like the very large built-in blocked phone number list and also the very large capacity for user-added numbers. It is also great to be able to block numbers by area code or by prefixs within an area code. What I do not like is the poor manufacturing quality of this latest version.(V100K). The display often freezes rendering the box inoperable until the phone line is disconnected and reconnected. I previously returned another unit of the same model as it unacceptably erased on its own all of the hundreds of blocked numbers I had entered. Previous versions were much more reliable but have much smaller number capacities.
