I cannot get the product to work. I called "customer service" and left a message and they never returned my call. Also, a return label to send my current blocker to you was not in the parcel.

Line once in a while locks up as if a phone was left off hook. Service can be restored by unplugging the call blocker for a while then plugging it back in. It will lock up again in 3-5 days.

I asked to return my 10K call blocker.

I asked to return my 10K call blocker because I did not like it's flat shape compared to my V5K. It also did not retain a call that went to my answering machine which my V5K did without issue. I then could not block a robo call. Please send me my response to my return info that you sent me and I return to you on 6/19.

Lacks sophistication

This new unit is no better than the old one; it isn't any more sophisticated. Doesn't 'read' VOIP calls so it can't block them. So far, it has not recorded even one 'blocked' number.

Great call blocker, only one caveat.

I loved the old CPR Call Blocker I had for several years, and I'm sure I'll love the new improved model. The only reason I didn't give it five stars was because when I switched modes, I lost the 147 numbers that were blocked on my old call blocker.

GETTING THE RUNAROUND IN TRYING TO REPLACE A FAULTY V100X

I just received my v100x unit and have found that it is defective. It has been very difficult to contact anybody but after 2 weeks of chatting and only get one response from a phone CPR tech sup says they can't replace my defective unit without an order which I never received. I have registered the products warrenty for 3 years and sent them the credit card purchase copy and images of the product and its bar codes but have not received a response. I have had 4 or 5 previous models and I am happy with them but service sucks!
