I had to start putting in all bad calls that I had in my old call blocker I am getting more calls then I got prwvious months

It was easy to order. Install and use the equipment. We are receiving fewer 'spam' calls than before.

I have now 3 times talked with Katrina in the Phillippines about this problem. I have Cal Block for several years and I can not get other landline phones in the house to work if I ask my wife to pick up a phone upstairs and participate in a joint conversation with an outside caller. As soon as she picks up the phone, both the outside caller and my wife can hear and converse but my voice is not heard by them at all, even though I can hear the two of them talking. And my phone is the unit with the CALL BLOCK attached. Katrina says you in the UK tell her Call Block won't allow multiple phones in the same house to work jointly. This is absurd. The problem been going on from day one having the phone but our joint calls are so infrequent, I just let it go. Tired of being shut out when we have two conversations on same house. Also, when attempting to scroll up and down the call list, no numbers show up at all. It does not display past numbers.

Prompt delivery power over scam and annoyance it would have been 5 had the price been reasonable or the phone company split the cost but I guess too keep the same number makes you a target.

The V100k works much better. Company warranty registration and tech support requires improvement. Telephone contact numbers do not work. Tech support stinks. This is my third Call Blocker within 14 months : I have currently spent approx $225. The v10k unit offered as a desk unit, not a wall mount unit, shortly after I bought the first CPR desk unit at a discounted sales price with required trade-in : the wall mount v10K did not work well :: also, the v100k warranty registration was confirmed as a v10k not v100k : have all receipts to verify warranty period. Thought about reporting you as a Bait and Switch seller...it may be illegal competitor. Like my V100k.

Stopped a lot of incoming spam calls before we even blocked them manually. Used to get 6-7 different numbers multiple times a day. Now we might go a couple of days without spam calls.

Spam calls went from 4-10 per day to 2 per week, after just a few days. The issues since installing is a constant clicking sound during calls, the caller ID doubles entries each call, and the phone ringer on the box installed line doesn't respond until the second ring. The instructions say to switch plug lines for such issues, but the box doesn't have 4 plug-in spots as illustrated, just 2.

Ordered and received quickly. Works well. Only problem - it doesn't light up like the older one did
