CPR 10000 SCREEN NOT LIT UP

WE HAVE CPR 10000 & WE WERE NOT SEEING THE SCREEN LIGHT UP. BEFORE I MESSED EVERYTHING UP, I DECIDED TO CALL THE CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM. I WAS FORTUNATE TO GET A WONDERFUL REPRESENTATIVE KATRINA. SHE WALKED ME (A NON MECHANIC NURSE) THOUGH SETTING IT UP & IT WORKS PERFECTLY. SHE WAS KIND, EFFICIENT & UNDERSTOOD MY CHALLENGE. THANK YOU KATRINA, YOU MADE OUR/MY DAY. Waste of time & money.

I installed the CPR and it said it was working but it did not see/register the incoming calls so we were unable to block any unwanted calls. Very frustrating. I’m a retired registered electrical engineer. I’ve decided not to waste my retirement on crrap that contains chips. Outside of cars and phones this CPR will be my last electronic purchase.

I love how easy the set up is

I love how easy the set up is. The pre-programmed numbers allow it to work right out of the box. The long periods of silence with no spam calls tells me it’s working. The first ring is silenced so you don’t hear or see it working. It might be better to have some indicator that’s is actively blocking calls. It’s very easy to manually block a call during the call or after. All in all, it’s a great spam blocker!

Best unit available.

I have had 2 previous models before this new 100,000 model. Operating for two weeks now, and I am constantly checking my landline to make sure it is working. Not one call has come through. I also note that this model is the easiest to set up.

I’ve been a CPR Call Blocker now…

I’ve been a CPR Call Blocker now through 3 generations. I wouldn’t have been if they didn’t work. Not only do “they work” they continue to get better! I won’t have a land line without CPR Call Blocker in play for intersections! R.K.

Previous customer, new upgrade

I already had the v5000 model and it did very well for me. But I believe it reached its maximum number of manual blocked calls and so I could not longer enter any using the **7# method. So I decided to upgrade to the v10000 version and I know I'll be just as happy with this model.

Call Blocker Needs Added Feature

Call Blocker USA Needs to provide a way that all of the customer blocked calls on an older unit can be transferred to a new call blocker unit. I purchased a 100,000 call blocker unit. I am getting more calls going through now than with the old unit. It is because all of the calls I added to the old unit are not there. I am extremely dissatisfied with the new unit.

I would only give you 0 stars but that…0 Stars

I would only give you 0 stars but that was not an option. According to the last email update September 28. 2022 it was in Bondurant, Ia. It seems to be lost I could have walked to Bondurant and back home by now. Get me the call blocker or refund my money.

Why did we wait so long to purchase this?

Plugged it in right after receiving it, did a little programming to block certain area codes, and then there was almost an eerie landline silence after getting 5 or more spam calls a day before plugging it in.
