The first CPR wasn't working properly…

The first CPR wasn't working properly and a new one was sent out promptly. I was advised to try it out for a while to make sure that the new one is working okay. Great service. Katrina was very patient and supportive, as I called her back several times. It was a pleasant experience comminating with her.

I've been using the earlier model of…

I've been using the earlier model of the CPR Call Blocker for several years, and nearly filled up the available memory for phone numbers needing to be isolated. The new model is still simple to use, and has a larger capacity for numbers that I don't need to hear from. Quick to set up, and no trouble in operation since it arrived two weeks ago.

I have two I cannot bring up call list…

I have two I cannot bring up call list or block list it works only when it is ready? using my v5000 1000 times better I did not realize v10000 was a wall mount very hard to lay it flat with this design my other v5000 was a refurnish work for a while then it went crazy kept showing phone numbers it was stuck 24 hours that is why i got v10000 which is worse

This is my third CPR Call Blocker

This is my third CPR Call Blocker. The first two failed for the same reason. The first was replaced under warranty. CPR would not replace the second under warranty. This unit is the result of a trade in of the second unit. Hopefully, it will perform better than the first two.

The trade-in Call Blocker V10000…

The trade-in Call Blocker V10000 arrived fairly quickly, however I had to call Call Biocker to get the return label. How about including a return shipping label with the trade-in so that the customer does not have to call because they never received an email with return label. Just a suggestion and I hope you will consider it the next time you run this promotion. Otherwise, the Call Blocker V10000 is working very well. Thank you.

Don't Like It.

I am not well pleased with the new one. It is not as user friendly as the old one. I have had problems contacting customer service on a timely basis. I got the run around a few times. The return label was not enclosed in the box. My voice caller ID doesn't work right with the new unit. I don't know why.
