My experience today was flawless. I deposited my Cartier watch with ‘Charlie’ who provided a first class service. I could not recommend this business more highly .

Upfront with their costs and timings with a very professional service. Given the value of item you are shipping off LWR provide you with packaging which really reassures you your watch will be safe. Once they had received my watch I got immediate notification and was advised when they would look to get my watch seen to. They exceeded this time by far and had it back to me much quicker than dealing with Breitlung directly. Would highly recommend this company and have already done so to my wife, mum & sister.

Horrific company - My watch came back in worse condition that what it was sent even though they said the work had been done. Communication lousy when trying to get answers... So I took them to court and WON my money back and then some. If you have watch that means something to you for value or personal reasons go ANYWHERE else. This company might look all great from its website but from experience they are no better than someone trying to sell you a watch on a street corner UPDATE read there reply and that will speak volumes as I have already received a Cheque from the court and the funds are already in my bank for the service that wasn't done although " James" says it was the court ruled otherwise hence why I was awarded my money back plus compensation AVOID THIS COMPANY

I went to get my battery changed in Canary Wharf location and the staff was very nice. The process was very quick only about 15/20 mins and he also offered to cut the straps of the watch for me to also to fit with my wrist better.

It's tricky to find a good place in London to change a battery or fix a problem with your watch. Luxury Watch Repairs will not let you down. They will examine your watch in detail before commiting to offer you a service and their price range is fair.

I went to the store in Hatton Garden to enquire about a replacement battery and to have the strap altered on a different watch. The representative I spoke to was super helpful and friendly. They repaired both watches within 15 minutes and I was on my way. Great service, friendly, would recommend and will return. Thanks!
