V POOR COMMUNICATION

I sent my Omega Sea Master to Luxury Watch Repairs over 5 months ago and still don’t know what’s going on with my watch. I also was made to pay over £600 in advance for a service (double advertised price). After chasing for 2 months email and phone ( which they never answer) I did get a response from LWR on 22/1 (a month ago!) saying the work was ‘ being undertaken in the next 7-10 days’. I chased this up 1 week ago (13/2) and as usual haven’t had a response. Update - LWR did contact me soon after I posted the above. I Have also just received my watch back so relieved.

I needed a battery for my brietling

I needed a battery for my brietling. I was in London so dropped into the shop, they did my battery and tested in about 20 minutes. I would highly recommend them.

Watch Servicing/Repair

The service team were, without exception, always incredibly helpful and polite and their communication was always prompt. They were all an absolute pleasure to deal with and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Luxury Watch Repairs. I will be using them again very soon with another treasured watch. They were simply fabulous!! If only other companies had the same approach to their customers - they are exceptional!

Excellent quality of service and repair…

Excellent quality of service and repair with Luxury Watch Repairs from beginning to end. Regular communication to update on progress and even when I thought I had omitted something from the card which was posted with the watch initially, their customer service staff soon put me at ease and the whole experience was faultless. Definitely recommend this company.

Horrendous service

Horrendous service. Left my watch with this company in order to get the glass replaced on the 6th of December: Initially they told me this should take 2-3 weeks. Was subsequently told this was incorrect after chasing them in early January. Was then told it should take 4-5 weeks to receive the part from Omega. 6 weeks in I chased via email abd then escalated via email (following their stated process) and received no response for 2 weeks. In fact I had no updates at all between the 9th of January and the 6th of February. On the 6th of February I received an email saying the part has been received and my watch was being 'prepared for dispatch' that week. Unsurprisingly this did not happen. I have chased and escalated again via email this week. No response. I have called them, and get cut off after being on hold for 30 minutes on 3 occassions. I have requested a callback on their automated system, never received. This is a £600 repair to a £9000 watch and I am frankly astonished as just how bad the service is given the value and importance of the items they deal with. At this point my only recourse is to turn up in person and demand the return of my watch. Do yourself a favour and steer well clear of these cowboys.
