Prompt excellent service and price, considering the precautions offered and taken regarding collection and delivery. As I now live some distance from Hatton Garden, secure collection and delivery is essential. A battery change on this occasion, but will have the full service offered next time. They give a fully itemised estimate of work required having been inspected professionally, in addition to battery replacement. Highly recommended for anybody requiring any work done to a valued watch.

Manchester branch great job

Charlie the store manager in the Manchester branch was extremely helpful and efficient. He replaced my watch battery on my tag heur watch very promptly and did a great job and was very kind to a traveller to the city.

Appalling Customer Service

I have sent FIVE emails to Luxury Watch Repairs which they have failed to answer. Their customer service is appalling. A Google search in December 2023 and March 2024 showed that Luxury Watch Repairs offer a two-day service. They have denied this despite me sending the screenshots showing this. I wish I had sent my watch directly to Omega as I did many years ago. I was enticed to send it to Luxury Watch Repairs because they were advertising the two-day service. Their website also states “Should you proceed, updates will be provided, each step of the way.” They do not do this. This will be reported to Trading Standards. So in essence they have misleading advertising and appalling customer service.

They still haven’t returned my watch

Wouldn’t bother, my dealings with this company have been ongoing since November 2023, sent a Tag Heuer watch to them for a battery replacement, I then received a quote with unnecessary extras, I declined and asked for my watch to be returned, after several emails that have been blatantly ignored I still do not have my watch, unreal.

Rouge company

Watch was retuned to a wrong address on the 12th of March....I arranged to have it sent to a friend as I was out of the country. Customer service with this company is a 1 star...They don't reply to emails...I have now have to take court action to compensate me for the loss of the watch. ..most definitely a rouge company. update 10th of April, still have not received a reply to my many emails. Despite Jamie, guiding me to the dispatch team, they too have not responded. I have no option other than to take this to the small claims court today. The other positive reviews need to be looked into. T

Excellent customer service. I have been sending my watch for repairs and battery replacements for years now and have never been disappointed. Their service is excellent and prompt. They keep you updated every step of the way. Great value for money. Couldn’t recommend more
