Very Disappointed

Sent my Breitling for an estimate, it was marginally cheaper than Beaverbrooks so I paid on-line. Wasn’t very happy with the automated responses and after having read some further reviews I changed my mind and asked for a refund and for my watch to be returned. Watch was returned and they said they’d refund my money (minus return p&p which was fair). I received my watch back a few days ago, no sign of the money though. I had an assuring email from a Manager asking me for my bank details and that the money would be returned within a week. Despite two emails directly to that Manager I have had no reply since, the money isn’t in my account and after three calls to staff members assuring me it would be escalated to the ‘Management’ - the ‘Management’ haven’t had the courtesy to reply. I’ll get my money back via my bank and the CPA legislation but it’s hassle that just isn’t needed. Can’t comment for the quality of their actual watch repairs, but their customer service leaves a great deal to be desired. My watch is most definitely going via Beaverbrooks!

Battery Replacement

Karl at Luxury Watch Repairs was friendly and helpful and as promised the replacement battery for my Breitling watch was carried out in an hour. Great service.

Was recommended by the Tag shop as I needed a battery so popped in. Charlie was lovely, very helpful and knowledgeable and great price compared to previous places I have been. Completely trusted him with my watch and will definitely be using them for any future work. 100% happy with the service
