I have been most impressed with the level of care and service that I received when requesting a replacement battery for my watch. The workmanship, turnaround time and client engagement was of a very high standard and I am very happy to say that I would happily use them again and recommend the service
If you value your watch, these are not the ones to use
If I could give zero stars I would. I sent my Breitling to LWR in August 2023 and have been chasing it since December 2023. In desperation after no returned calls, or emails from LWR I turned to Breitling directly earlier this month, who told me that my watch had been ready since 30th October 2023 but LWR had not paid the bill for its repair. I contacted Customer Services at LWR who promised to sort it out urgently with LWR Accounts dept. A return email from him told me the bill had been paid the week before, some 10 days ago. I have contacted Breitling again today 22nd April 2024, and they have told me the watch is still with them due to the unpaid bill - lies, lies and more lies from LWR. I have sent Customer Services the email from Breitling, demanding an explanation, whether I get one or not remains to be seen. I am not the only person on Trustpilot who has discovered their timepiece is being held to ransom by Breitling due to unpaid bills. So if you are waiting for your Breitling watch to be returned after a very long wait, you can check where it is by contacting Breitling Customer Service via email quoting your watch serial number, you may well find its being held due to unpaid bills. Steer well clear of LWR if you value your watch, save yourself the stress and worry, this lot aren’t going to do you any favors.

LWR updated me regularly as the report was taking place from sending, in the workshop and then sent home. Very professional and simple.

Follow Up to previous 1 Star Review
This is a follow up review to the past two 1 star Reviews; see Reviews dated 7/9/23 and 11/10/23. I experienced a 36 week saga of this company having my watch with all their sub standard service levels of communication and updates; a common theme with this company on Trust Pilot. 10 days after receiving the watch it stopped working. I had no confidence in their technical and customer service ability to fix my watch and I successfully claimed the cost of repair through the Small Claims Court process. They refused to settle reasonably before a Court hearing. My experience is this company not only has sub standard technical ability to fix a watch, but refuses to provide even a basic standard of customer care or robust administrative process. I will now get my Rolex fixed by a company who can, and end this 15 month saga.

Took my Tag watch in today for a new battery and this was dealt with immediately. The staff are very helpful and polite. Will definitely go back to the store at Hatton Gardens.
Amazing work and customer service
Amazing service, the front man Mr Karl Charlton was extremely welcoming and professional, made me feel extremely safe and comfortable leaving my Watch with him. Had my Tag Heuer watch battery changed and collected it within a week. No damage and a full 2 year warranty from the shop. Would 100% recommend
