DO NOT TRUST BEWARE

I’m still awaiting the managing director to call me I was told I would hear with 24hrs. Still waiting 5 days on. This company has had my watch I’ve been told lies when I have everything in email what has been said and going thru terms and conditions. My watch face was broken when the watch maker was re fitting it. They knew it was aftermarket I’m now awaiting a refund. Me personally wouldn’t use or recommend this company. There’s lack of communication when you call it’s an hour wait times they know the phone number calling. Honestly shocking. I would like the managing director to contact me to issue my refund. I have already had legal advice on regards to this matter. I want a full refund. Not sure if this company is a scam #40725 I have just read your reply which is laughable and more lies from the company. You knew the dial was aftermarket as I have this in black and white. I should have been notified this could possibly happen by you re fitting my watch dial which I was not. This hadn’t been discussed with myself, your watch maker decided to re fit the dial and cause damage. You haven’t sent no list of prices another lie. There was not a problem when it was on dispatch nothing noted to myself this was in October then when I was chasing up my watch I recieved a email stating it had been damaged.

My watch suddenly came to a halt

My watch suddenly came to a halt. Took it into Canary Wharf branch. Quickly seen to and promised the watch back less than 24 hours later. And hey pesto, ready and in working order. Just 48 quid so good value. Thanks team

Do not use this company.

An original service was OK, my Rolex came back and worked well for just over a year. Then the automatic winding stopped working, followed by being unable to alter the time. It took over 3 months to make a repair under warranty, many emails, a phone call, then upon it's return, the auto winding still doesn't work. After 8 days I had a reply. The customer service is abysmal, their communication is atrocious. Do not use this company if you value your watch.
