Absolutely amazing service from Rebecca who helped source some extra tiles when we realised we didn’t have enough to finish the job off.

Tile came broken, they refunded me everything including shipping and are sending 3 tiles as a replacement at no cost and I am paying for shipping. These tiles are beautiful and I found them in a book called GARDEN STYLE by Howcroft & Majerus - page 81

Annie McIntyre has been fantastic! Anyone working with her is fortunate. She has incredible design skill and a keen eye for what will work in a space and how to accomplish a client's overall goal.

After waiting 8 weeks for delivery I was told that some tiles had been damaged in transit. So left part load was going to be delivered having taken my time on the day from time slot of 9 to 5 I was only receiving part load . Which meant taken another day of my time to receive the other tiles. I told them I wanted them all to be delivered at the same time and contact me when they were ready . I have heard nothing back with any updates .I have paid them upfront I’m a small business and it effects my customer and my business

Samples arrived expertly packaged within two days of placing the order. Also, unlike some other tile companies, Bert & May charge only a nominal sum to cover the cost of posting sample tiles. The tiles they sent were excellent
